What I did was use the 10-second advance option to get through it faster to fast forward to the ones I wanted to see again (done from my phone by simply tapping the video, each tap advances the video 10-seconds)! Hope this helps!

When using possessions glitter do you encapsulate it or just top the nail with it?

You can do either. If you want the sugaring look like in the video, you would pour it into uncured gel and then cure and that's it. If you want to encapsulate for a different look you can as well.
