I waited until last to comment on this one. This is my favorite of the ten days of fall series. I just absolutely love this tumbler and I will try to do a very similar tumbler but I have only been making tumblers for not quite 6 months.

I also love love love shiny and matte together! Let me make a suggestion. After you do the matte scrub, spray matte sealer on it. I know that seems like overkill. However the scrub over time will hold dirt and make it a little more difficult to keep clean. Matte sealer has an additive that makes it matte. This way you get your matte look and ease of cleaning. The reason I say do both is because the scrub makes the sealer stick better!! So no peeling. Best of both worlds!
