In the Word of God are many promises and declarations about who He called us to be. Look to those. Speak them out over yourself because we're told that faith comes by hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17). And if you don't have the strength to say it over yourself, go to others and ask them to say it over you. In time, as the Word abides in you, you will recognize those thoughts that are against the Word of God and those thoughts that are from the Word of God.
