@@ItsNotAboutThePastaa It's HIIT and HIIT works. I can't stand up very easily on my bike, so I usually use and sometimes the longer . Some of the difference I initially saw was probably just tone after going from a desk job to even this small amount of constant muscle flexing, but begin to see a change on the scale within a couple of sessions too.

We tackled assembling the bike as a family project. kzbin.infoUgkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The package is heavy, but I have 2 teen boys that were able to move it. The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.

DrSE18 just eat lots of vegetables and fruit, drink some beers and red wine - nothing to excess - enjoy my life - I ripped this to a DVD and do the class regularly - I never worked out in my life before and at 52 I am fitter and slimmer and very happy with my weight, and fitness level.

@@NotForAnimals yes! it’s been a great help but it’s only one of the many things that help burn fat. i’ve been eating in a small calorie deficit and eating leaner foods while using this as my cardio and lifting weights 😇 i always feel the burn from this workout!

Just want to say that doing this video 2 times a day ( 1 is fasted cardio) has changed my life! I’m down 10 pounds in 2 months and my legs have gotten soo shapely! You can even incorporate different workouts like dancing, walking, running in different days. The more you make it fun, the more it becomes easy to be consistent with it. Try experimenting with yourself. You're gonna love it! ❤

I love this workout (done over 2 hundred times at least) because I can put it on mute and listen to my own music or a podcast. It is only 25 minutes which means I can schedule it in my day without feeling stretched for time. I can supplement it with yoga or pilates. I can also put as much or as little energy as I want into it. Also when my skin is on fire from so many things going on and I feel overwhelmed, I just bike it out. Thanks for the video!

Great class! I modify it by using my mini trampoline with the class. It's an awesome workout! So glad I found this. I have tried trampoline videos and it doesn't cut it for me. I like how this breaks it down into intensity intervals. I love it!!!

I want to tell you guys. I have been a serious cyclist all my life. I've done spinning in the past but hate working out indoors. Then this coronavirus thing and I'm in the strictest lockdown in Spain. Found this video. Beats the ones with cyclists in them. Very well planned out. Use it with a warm up of like 40 minutes maybe some scenery like lake garda in Italy? The girls are cute, but the bike is riding them. No resistance. These 20 minutes really help me keep my legs strong. Especially mountain bike riders don't stand on the pedals but every little bit helps and changing positions helps your back. Recommended it to my friends.

I have always loved riding my mountain bike outdoors. When the cicadas invaded I abruptly quit. I really missed cycling and found myself out of shape, so I recently purchased a Pro-Form stationary bike to get my stamina up to prepare for the outdoor trails. This video had me dripping sweat within the first 10 minutes. Good stuff right here. Thank you GCN!👌🏾💪🏾🚴🏾♀️

I tried this at home with my new spin bike I bought yesterday. I think I went way to hard coz I threw up. Maybe I should work up to this for a few weeks instead of straight away haha. Awesome video btw

Granted I was dumb for doing this workout at my weight and fitness level but I got 15 minutes in before I had to duck out and feel pretty damn good about it
