严格说这个项目不应该算是一带一路项目，因为项目的绝大部分资金来自欧盟的资助赠款而不是中国的一带一路的贷款，中国的建造公司只是以最低报价和准确的工期赢得了与欧洲公司，土耳其公司的投标竞争，当然，在建造过程中，中国公司在新冠大流行的不利条件下，居然没有拖延工期准时完成了建造工程，更证明了这种依靠中国非常强大的国内制造能力，在国内完成全部桥梁钢结构的制造并海运到当地只焊接拼装，大幅降低了在当地制造的成本和时间需求，也与百多年前中国的多座几百米长钢结构桥梁由欧洲制造，运输到中国组装形成非常有趣的对比。
