Unfortunately If you're using the Any of Jabra Evolve 2 And that's the headband is not replaceable. They do not have a replacement part for it. 😟

Are we certain that there's zero difference between the Evolve2 65 and Elite 45 headphone size? Because the pads I bought are refusing to snap to the Elite 45 no matter what I try.

One thing I'm confused about is my device says it's a jabra 2 65 when u go to connect it on bluetooth; but I'm starting to think it isn't as the ear pads do not fit on mine.

@Sifile there is a surefire where to discover what headset you have. Remove both ear pads from the Jabra Evolve2 65. You will see that one of the speakers has engraved on it "Jabra Evolve2 65" in small letters usually in either a white or pale yellow font. Secondly the ear pads that you have can you recall the part number because there are two very similar looking ear pads that could be easily mistaken when purchased for this Jabra headset. Um I don't want to remove the other on. ( right ear by mic) as it is on with and adhesive, there is no writing under the left one, my main concern is that the sound part of the headset that we can see in your video as being static/not movable it part of the movable part of my jabra headphones

Jabra does not provide any guidance on repairing cables yourself. I wouldn't also recommend it. But if you are handy or electrically inclined go ahead and do so on your own. If your Jabra evolve2 40 headset is still under warranty ie you purchased it within the last 2 years you are eligible for a replacement at no charge. You just need to send the broken unit to Jabra. And they will send you a replacement. All you need to do is open a case with the support team at Jabra to make those arrangements. It's usually very straightforward. Jabra has several models that look similar. Make sure that you do not have the Jabra Evolve2 30 as it is the only one that uses a different size. The Jabra Evolve2 40 and Evolve2 65 and Elite 45H. Are the same size cushion. Are you using one of these?

No, the "padding" is fine. The problem is the padding is BEHIND the flat part which rubs AGAINST your ear (noisily). Returning
