Hi Keyra, on the Jabra evolve 65 underneath the leatherette cushion is foam. If you peel back the leatherette cushion, you'll see you can take it off without removing the foam underneath. Once the leatherette cushion is removed, you'd get these replacement leatherette cover amzn.to/3qSrHMb
