​@@dustinjames6662​and yet people are just gonna go insane over it screaming "LOOK AT ALL THESE CHARACTERS" when there's like 10 gokus and vegetas, and if we keep going like this then 5 broly slots (3 from Z, 2 from the super movie), 2 nappa, 2 raditz and basically 2 of every non-super saiyan character for the great ape transformation, 3-4 cells (based on if they put his post-explosion form or not), 6 or more freezas (his 5 original forms along with golden freeza, and possibly mecha freeza), 3 coolers, and these are just my guesses, there will probably be a lot more transformations for other characters. I'd rather have a smaller more organized roster than whatever the fuck this mess is, they already had the perfect formula with BT3 (choose a character, then choose a transformation, this simple), keep in mind that I love having all the characters' transformations, especially with how freeza's second and third form along with cell's first and second form have been getting ignored for too long, but they could have done a much better job than this, I'm really worried about this game, the gameplay looks amazing and that's the main factor for me but I really hope it delivers

I'm really hoping they change the roster to put the transformation in the same slot as the characters themselves like in BT3, where you choose a character and then you get to choose the transformation you want, I'm hoping they kept them separated for now just to show off the transformations each character has, because if they put each transformation in its own slot then the screen will just be cluttered with multiple versions of repeated characters, that's just my opinion. Also considering how game companies operate nowadays I'm really worried about how many characters are gonna be locked behind a DLC, gone are the days where you unlock the characters by playing the game itself, I really wanna be optimistic but I don't wanna get my hopes too high

Hmm not a bad roster prediction but I feel it is a bit hasty to assume they will add dragon ball daima into the base roster of the game. I actually feel like you need those slots to round out the roster with characters that also made it into previous installments or other games. For example where are: Pui Pui, Yakon, Frieza Soldier (with perhaps some skins to change between different soldiers), Spopovich, Yamui, maybe Buu Piccolo Absorbed. I am not quite sure if Frieza will get an extra final form Dbs version but I also feel you need the daima slots to include some more ToP characters. Most universes should atleast be represented by some characters plus lets not forget Botamo and Magetta from the Universe 6 / 7 tournament. However top chars like anilaza, basil, lavender, universe 6 namekians, the weird armored guy who tried to mess with vegeta lol, and I dont know some other gag guys should make it into the game.

What's weird is sword Trunks existence. Does that mean they won't care about story mode? That kinda sucks. If he is in story mode then what would be his move set? Dragon ball super moves can't be excluded unless they add a new transformation for "rage" Trunks. I just hope any and everything gets there eventually. Movie and game characters such as Towa and Android 21 (excluding dragon ball heroes and fusions). I don't care about the DLC prices if they make this the one anime game that isn't butchered. Edit: There's going to be a ssj2 Trunks regardless. I agree that rage should be its own thing and I hope they deliver on the aura but official games haven't been doing that so replace rage with ssj2. Also Blue evolved should be a blast 1 like Kaioken.

I want BT3s roster with Super characters, movie henchmen, specials characters like Tarble and Hatchiyack.and some wild and dumb things like Heroes does like Super Saiyan 3 Future Trunks and Adult Gohan. I hope it being split into DB, Z and Super means we still get GT characters, mostly Baby, Nuova, Syn/Omega and Super Saiyan 4 Goku, Vegeta and Gogeta. It’d be great to get adult Gotenks too. Hopefully they’ll do Giant Meta Cooler like Ultimate Tenkaichi had. Really 17 and 18 don’t need Super versions they just need alt costumes. Dr Gero and 19 i think need to be in the game. They are not going to have Daima in the game. It’s way too early. This also has no movie characters and Cooler, original Broly and Janemba would have to make the game. Plus having Janemba adds another giant character.

- I don't see why Dyspo or Hit would need another form to be honest, it's not like they change a lot. - DBZ movie characters probably have to miss the base roster, because you either start the game with all of them or with neither of them. Or else the story mode would be weird. Same for GT characters or even classic DB characters. - Not giving Baby his two early forms and jump straight to Super Baby 2 is not very tenkaichi like (as in following Tenkaichi 3 , because Tenkaichi 1 was ass), in fact it's a huge downgrade. - Nail and Arale would be cool to have in the game I don't want them to get skipped, I don't have arguments for them. Agreeable for the most part, and way better than your first prediction lmaoo With that said I still think characters like Trunks Sword/SSJ (Z), King Cold and Mecha Frieza, Dabura and Evil Buu gotta make it into the game. And even Cui, Spopovich and a random Frieza soldier. The thing is we don't know if they'll add GT, Movies or Super after Broly yet. That's what fucks most tierlists usually.

i don't think they would put the manga characters in base game, even games like SDBH doesn't have manga characters yet (no Ultra Ego, Granolah, or even Moro) so I doubt that Sparking Zero would be the first to have manga characters

They will (and ofc makes sense) NEVER put manga characters in until they get animated. Til that day comes, no DBZ game let alone this will get Moro or Granola sadly. It’s been years too funny enough since post ToP and not a single game including both console, arcade and mobile has em. Aside animation references for choreo purposes and voice actors, I guess for also spoiler purposes?? Not everyone reads manga! Can’t wait til Ego reaches games tho ⚡️

@@WrongKristoff i won't say never, i just don't think they would do it in base game, if they wanted to introduce the manga story into the casual fans Sparking Zero would be the best game to do it, FighterZ have more FGC fans playing it rather than casual Dragon Ball fans so it might not be the best place to put it first, Kakarot is a DBZ game not a DBS game (both BoG and RoF is a DBZ movie), mobile gacha game while have good reach doesn't get the news coverage like console game would, and arcade games like SDBH is JP only so it only have reach for JP fans

I feel some movie characters has to be in the base roster. Cooler, his transformations and metal cooler. Broly with his transformations. Final form Janemba. The other movie characters dont nessasirly need to be in the base roster, but a dlc for just movie characters sounds good.

@@Goth-Season Dude you can't fit Db,DBZ,DBS,GT and Movie characters all in a 164 roster dont get me wrong it is a Giant roster but only 3 Characters more from BT3(and with Super taking alot more priorities than all the others there is no way to fit all of it)
