Im guessing you kept the magazine inserted as to keep the well from warping?

Yes, keeping the magazine in wrapped in masking tape prevents the polymer from changing shape when it's heated up from the burner

How do you keep the grip black after stippling? After I stipple and sand, the grip turns dark gray and not that black

Not really sure to be honest, mine stayed black. Silly question but is the grey you're referring to a build up of the fragments you sanded? Did you try blowing it off with compressed air? That might help. Otherwise I'm not really sure what to tell you. Maybe take a tooth pick or Q-tip and dip it in black die and fill the voids? Not sure how that will hold up

What grit did u use on ur Dremel for the finger grooves?

It was so long ago I don't remember honestly, but I'd probably do a higher grit and take your time rather than take too much off. I've seen where people wet sand them with a super high grit to make them super smooth too

you can practice stippling on a Glock gun case, they are made from the same polymer as the Glock frames

Congrats you made a glock even uglier. Don't get me wrong I love glocks, but damn that looks ugly. It reminds me of those frogs that have all those holes in there backs, kinda grossing me out.
