so the video is a good start for Gen 5, but not enough detail on removing the return spring part(s) from the sear housing area (not as simple as shown) and not enough detail on catching the spring on the correct side of the locking block. I expect more from the manufacturer. Most youtube videos on the subject were inadequate, as were the printed directions, until multiple watches of various videos and then interpreting the printed directions and the "oh don't forget about the addendum" were all consulted.

GEN5: you'll need a skinny paperclip or a t-pin or something skinny, rigid, and wire shaped. Now remove the trigger bar and connector, and look at the "front" of the housing. There is a slot shaped like an uppercase "I" (vertical slot with horizontal slot on top and bottom). You'll see a little pin teed through the bottom horizontal slot of the I. What you're going to do is move that tee pin from the bottom slot to the top slot by sliding your wire tool FROM THE TOP OF THE HOUSING through the coils of the spring and apply gentle-firm pressure until the tee pushes out the front. Then just slide it up to the top slot of the I and it'll pop right out.

Just installed this in a Gen 3 22, all I can say is WOW! Just for the range/competition for sure, but it sure is fantastic!! Install was super easy too

The Glock 45 and 47 are different from the Gen 5 Glocks. Timney’s website says you can install an Alpha trigger on a Glock 45 and 47 but there is a mechanism in the housing tou can’t remove to fit the Timney.

Hopefully you all make a trigger for the G20 Gen5. Your customer service response is great and the representative pointed me in direction for one of your triggers for G40 Gen4 10mm and i will be getting that gun and trigger next month

After 300 rounds trigger is not resetting well. I did some research and most likely the issue is thaat even the stronger spring is not strong enough
@downeastoutdoors8713Ай бұрын
Johnny glock makes a heavier spring that fixes the issue it's called the extra power spring I believe for the timney glock trigger

Hey so I had a problem when trying to install the c washer I had never used it before and after watching this video I put it on and put the pistol back together the trigger wouldn't work so I couldnt remove the slide I had to take the slide apart to takedown the gun and once I removed the c washer it worked perfect

It’s not mentioned here but can you use the red trigger return spring if everything else is factory on the gun. Feel like the brochure said only use red spring with up graded connector bar or something like that.

I had a problem with the thread on the siar which, after a few changes, became loose and now doesn't hold the screw.

Ok now show how to do it on the Gen 5 because the stock housing is completely different then previous generations. Can’t figure out how to take out the internals on the stock Gen 5 housing.
