Today was a super gloomy day. Since my boys weren't feeling 100% and took nice long naps, I decided to take advantage of the free indoor time and do a fall pamper session + make a video for you! I hope you enjoy and it inspires you to pamper yourself!

Today was a super gloomy day. Make sure you drink loose leaf tea or switch to a brand that specifically says it's just paper. Most tea bags are loaded with plastic and put massive amounts of microplastics into your tea.

hey Rachel! I got the same mask and you're supposed to remove the two protector sheets because the mask was in between them. I did the same until I noticed it after. Try it again because the sheet mask is like a really thin gel feel. Super cool!

One of the best ways to get more use and more bubbles out of lush bubble bars is to crumble it up, then adding it to a mesh tea strainer and holding it under the hot water tap 🌙🖤

This fall spar was amazing! I loved the attention to detail and how everything was fall themed in smell or colour. I made a version of this spa routine for my sister! I got her the sparkly pumpkin bubble bar, the trader joe body butter and made her the home made scrub! She was overwhelmed! Please can you do a similar spa routine based on Christmas/Winter scents!? And a spring and summer one! I love variety of the seasons. Thanks again for the inspiration and the permission to unwind!
