I am drawn to magazines such as Milieu and Cottage - both different but both mix old with new. Just because you didn't buy your furniture at West Elm or Jonathan Adler yesterday doesn't mean it isn't great style (I think younger folk miss that). Great style is curated and organic over a lifetime. The portrait of her mom is stunning. And I love Gloria's pleated ruffle caftan, the color is delicious.

The scenes went too quick too. Director couldnt slow it down or be more selective.

@Mariyeen Acheege it did remind me a bit of the grey gardens Kennedy home... but I think Jacksons right. It was 100% styled by an artist. Artists are eclectic and hoardish. Clearly they knew how to light for the host with the sun in the back... but they purposefully made it dark. I would disagree on the cozy though. Lol. It's too busy. My eye is wondering everywhere. Definitely a place i could find inspiration...and since she paints there, that's probably why she styled her home the way she didn. It's an extreme gallery wall.

I love her style. While I share my home with my husband I do try to keep it enjoyable for both of us. My favorite jeans are under her brand. My body type fits her jeans better than any other. Thank you, Ms. Vanderbilt for your wonderful style!

Bravo to Ms. Vandibuit. You have lived a life no one can now. People carve attention with no tallent, you have a lovely son, and class and I don't mean because of the money. Having money doesn't bring people class, I've known people with little money with had way more class then people with a crap load. And even though you got it, your one classy lady ❤️😉

eruis 313 apparently she has never given money to her son. Nor would he want it. He is very proud of the fact, that he is a self made man. Anderson always comes across as a caring, humble man. That is her legacy.
