Can we use those keys for any banners other than Rollo's? I don't plan on getting him and I was wondering if there was other banners that I could spend my glorious masquerade keys on but I also don't want them to expire or something

Yes you can use the free keys on other Glorious Mas banners. For instance, Epel/Azul banner out right now has a separate banner to use the free keys
