i got to say... never watched anu errol fights. But i can see why he won so much... power and technique! but damn... you always hear : ricos low kick is amazing! CHECK OUT the rico front kick! i dont think it does much damage to the body but it takes the air and the fight out of you, plus it gives distance and takes you out of your rhythm? with that frontkick im guessing his opponents feel like being pushed back by a rhino!!!!!!

I understand it’s not easy being a ref but that point deduction was pointless and overly harsh. The punch barley touched. It’s not easy to simply stop in the middle of a combo. Rico may had thought Errol was getting back to his feet. A point is only deducted if an unfair advantage has been gained from a foul, and that is not the case on this occasion. Just a bs call by the ref!!

Based on this fight, I start to believe Rico has a chance. He is not the most beautiful fighter, but he has technique, and can throw some good power punches/kicks. And he's tough physically, and seems not to be influenced mentally that much. Which is also Hari's strong point, put himself inside the opponents head. But ok, we're talking about Badr Hari. A fucking fighting monster. For sure it will be an interesting fight.
