Alex hit him hard as hell with his right, then pushed him away and didn’t apologize. I mean I don’t blame him, bc it wasn’t the fight from years ago , you’ve got that wrong. He did do that but it was almost a joke how soft he hit him. End of this fight round 1 he didn’t it again, didn’t land but he was smiling at Alex messing with him again. If he wanted to throw a dirty shot and him him flush after he could have. Again I don’t blame Alex for getting his attention to stop playing games but it was a flush shot he should have lost a point. Wouldn’t have mattered and he rattled him regardless but what Alex did was significantly more clearly defined as dirty. For the third time so no tantrums are thrown, I don’t blame the guy after round 1 again .

Except Pereira is not fully Native American and does not fit what Aztec looked like frame wise. Have you noticed his curly hair ? Most definitely inheritated it from his portuguese blood as the Iberic peninsula was invaded for 800 years 😊 Ps : I Am not Brazilian, only Part Argentine and in the Northwest, Argentine people tend to have curly hair from their Spaniard blood ( same as Portuguese they suffered Moor conquest ). Yeah, defensively he’s not that strong. He’s very long and can pick off shots at range well. He doesn’t bring his hands back to his chin sometimes after throwing his punches though. That’s how Izzy finally knocked him out from what I remember, by countering with a right hand over the top

Bro, I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this, but kickboxers make more than UFC MMA fighters. Only the TOP level UFC fighters make more. Rico Verhoeven could easily be a heavyweight contender in the UFC. He regularly trains Tom Aspinall in striking and he has dominated his only MMA fight without problems. But being a top contender in GLory just makes more money than being an average UFC fighter.

Re-watching the fight and must send out a props to GLORY and the guys who do the stats. Really like the stats @ 11:03! Never saw that kind of info. during a fight. I'd also like to know (if possible), if the fighter is right or left handed, cuz you can't always tell with the stance. Unless you've heard an announcer say it, you never know. I don't know if anyone in GLORY will see this text after 10 mos., but did want to let you know all that + really think your group (from the top down, in and out of the ring) is the best there is. Your organization shows through what you put out. I don't know why you all look better, but I always feel like taking a shower after watching a U F C fight! One last thought. The stats aren't taking over the show, if you know what I mean. Stats can go on forever, yours at the beginning and then at the breaks, is balanced well. More I think would distract from what you're doing now.
