such a great idea! guys are starting to wear makeup more frequently, but most don't have any sort of image of what they're looking for (i.e. most guys aren't wearing drag or really bold makeup looks that most male makeup gurus sport). having a guy put on some glossier style makeup could do so much to normalize it

It would great to have the recipe for the "skin elixir" she drank in the video. Also, I love the look of Glossier's videos. But in this one, the white subtitles get drowned out by the light in her apartment making it difficult to read which products she used. Those are my only quibbles. Other than that, I love this series and can't wait to see more!

Flower T I am asian with a medium skintone (a bit like her and maybe darker) and the medium one looks WHITE on me. I tried the dark one this weekend and there is a huge gap. It looked too dark for concealer. Sooo, YUP.

its really hard to find a highlighting concealer for very pale skin so its good they have really light and really dark. There isn't many colours but at least they do have a wide range lol

They only have 5 shades and the difference between all of them is huge. The ‘dark’ isn’t the darkest though, despite its name. There’s another one after it.

Glossier's products are pretty but don't last on my oily skin. That's not their fault- they weren't advertised as long wearing and obviously have a dewy finish. Since my sister had them I thought I'd give them a try. I hope they make a matte skin tint or powder blush in the future.

Michele Savinsky The blush lasts about 4 hours before fading but I have dark/oily skin. I really like "setting" their blush lightly with a powder blush- that lasts all day. I'm enjoying the colors but I'll likely not repurchase due to the fading.

More skin products than I use . I just use about 3 products, other than a splash of tepid water, serum, uv cream , and a little coconut paste . My skin just healed from excema, so I am super careful with my skin.

Cos! Their products used together, create the look these girls represent. I have an MUA who uses Glossier stuff. The tint they have, for example, is pretty boss. It does a lighting/blurring effect that works to minimize the look of your pores, redness, and can give a girl a clearer looking complexion. They're still selling an effect that a lot chicks can wear.

Layering a tiny amount of products aimed at specific skincare needs can be a helpful alternative to slathering on a single product that usually targets one concern. I've gotten great results from Korean skincare which features such layering but to each their own! I admit it takes some time and investment but now that I no longer need to do my "base" it evens out.
