@@GabbyFlavored Okay so, it's been six months now since your original comment. Be honest with us, did the FME lesson work for you? Did you really become conversational in six months of learning your goal language or is Ikenna just another entrepreneur youtube personality? I know it's only twenty bucks to unlock the secret details to his methods but, if this is all just to invest in someone else's dreams of traveling the world then- in a way, we're all playing ourselves making someone rich richer as WE get poorer and more depressed. The guy seems really charismatic and has many sponsors. He even plays the same nerdy anime games as I do. Yet, there's this feeling of doubt in me that he's more concerned with being able to afford his next trip to Japan or Moscow with his lover than us, his fans, actually learning our dream language in under a year. If you gave up/dropped out before you could really find out, also share why. I guess that's also a possibility from a buyer. I haven't placed a penny on him yet. I really must know from viewer to view, the truth.

I'm trying to figure out if once one buys this program for any of the languages listed on your website, one gets the pdf and the audio files for the Mass Sentences or one needs to buy those separately. Could you give me an answer, please. I really want this program, I just do not want to start it without being able to word offline with the pdf and the audios, as well.

No, but you can print/save to a pdf in their library section. As for audio files they are only stored natively on the Glossika app. Conversely, you can record them internally I guess.

In the 2 example the pronunciation is very strange, the french speaker is not native ! And the japanese seems to have a lisp 😅 also i've never seen いい written as 好い like in the example given in this video. I suggest you to check the quality of the method before buying it

I'm not sure what makes you think that the French speaker is not native - perhaps you are from Canada or another French-speaking country other than France? His accent sounds like the French from Fance speak. I wouldn't go as far as placing him to be from Paris, but close enough. Quebecois sounds VERY different, so different that most French speakers from France find it hard to follow if they're not used to it.

I just tried the free trial of Glossika. It's torture! There is no grammar, no explanation, no context, just utterly random, unrelated sentences. It's just pure, dull-as-dirt memorization. It's like a tourist phrasebook, but worse, because at least those give you context.

The recording function is 100% useless because you can't compare your recordings to the "native speaker". So, who knows what happens to the recordings of users. It's weird. You record and it disappears and goes to the next word to learn.

Hello Matthew, you can compare your recordings to native speakers. Please make sure that you turn off "hands-free" mode in Setting.

@@Glossika I had used the website version. It doesn't make sense to me that hands free would be on by default. Also, does Glossika still sell the older style of courses? I'd prefer paying for a course that way instead of paying for a subscription that will add up to significantly more than the course used to cost.
