One of my favorite drills when I was younger was Glove Snaps!
I used them to create a consistent release point and to FIND my release point!
These can be tricky at first...I would start slow and then progressively build to being able to do a full pitch with glove snaps!
This is also a great drill to do when someone's release is far away from their body!
I teach that the inside part of your forearm should brush by your right thigh (if you're a right handed pitcher)!
