That is why Dr. Who probably doesn't travel naked. However, in the last episode of the 11th doctor the doctor was naked because he had to go to a special alien church where he has to be naked, but he appeared to wear clothes because the Tardis has some kind of holographic perception filter which projects his nakedness only to specific people (or something like that)
