Nothin like an open rocker! You can never replace the smell and sound of flying glow. Love my os 70 surpass in a big trainer, and a 46 2 stroke in a mid wing. 10x7 prop 💨

It is good to feature the glow engines with Captain blaz and he's right the smell of the fuel brings back memories. I flew control line planes before there was any r.c. planes and it was so much fun. Yeah I'm that old lol .I really love watching your videos because your right flying any type of plane will bring you joy

This is a fantastic video and i was so happy to hear Blaz promote and encourage the use of glow engines and i agree wholeheartedly with him when he said that glow engine powered planes will make a come back as they are different and he is so right with this statement as they are so unique. Im almost 60 years of age and i started flying when i was 22 and im still flying as the passion is still there for glow engine planes, in fact it never left me. At our club we try and encourage young people to join and take up the hobby.

Very generous of the gentleman with the lovely little Thunder Tigre 20..20's are v sexi, I don't know why people don't use them more, perfect for 1m span little racers with 9mm sheet balsa wings. The trick (acc to the great Tony Nihjuis is to make each wing panel from 3 pieces, with the grain directions maximising the rigidity and strength of the wing, and to weigh the pieces BEFORE gluing up, so you get 2 panels of the same weight.. This engine is typical of what you could use. The tiny DC engine is a Davies Charlton Wasp, manufactured in The Isle of Man, Britain in 60s and 70s. for tiny f/f and c/l planes.. Very waspy sound, they make. Excellent fun guys! Big salute as ever from London. ⭐👍

Its great seeing videos from you guy's again. I have many electric planes. But I have my Tower Hobby Up Roar with a 46 AXII that runs flawlessly. And I got a Large Cub from Tower Hobby (Piper J3 Cub .46-.55 GP EP ARF 84.6") with a Saito FA62B. I think I need a bigger 4-stroke for it. Then I will have to find a new home for my FA62B. I will have to 'Click on something! 😁

Ultrasonic cleaner is a beneficial, also having a vibratory tumbler helps with clean up of a batch of small metal parts. Use it with crushed walnut shells and corncob media. Just be prepared to pick out the media after with a pick and compressed air.

I have many engines including a OS 120 surpass 2 petrol 1 65 cc aagghh what to put that in ??? I always put "after-run oil" in the engines for storage but I always remember engines cutting at the worst possible moment when flying also the engine noise can also be an issue .Great video I know Capt Blaz loves his engines .
