How did you print the top side? Did you print it at the same time with the bottom side and place it on top of another? Or did you print the top side separately?

Separately. It's two separate colors, so on a normal printer it needs filament change, thus you cannot print at once ;) bottom part is printed in black using the same orientation as in the model. The top part is printed in glowing white with orientation laying on the bed as much as possible (to minimize material usage for supports). You can print it in the same orientation as in the model, but I'll cost more material to print.

Thank you so much for this! Do you have more 3D printed parts for the 626?

Yep! They are not many, but the count will only go up ;) Check my Thingiverse account to see them - www.thingiverse.com/metal03326/designs

Hey, I have a question about the cluster, related to needles. I once remove the needle from the tachometer, but it came out with the metal pin from the motor. When I placed it back, it wouldn't move at all. I pulled it back at it works not that great. It gets stuck around 2-3k rpm. Do you have a solution? I like on what you're doing on this channel. Keep on going!

Sorry, that is the one thing that I know it gets the speedo broken, so I never removed the needle. I've read about a lot of people over the years repeating this mistake, and none of them managed to fix it. Probably there is a fix, but I do not know it. Fortunately the speedo of the 626 is so modular, that you can swap only tachometer ;) And I've also personally tested that tachometer from US 323 (Protégé) actually works inside the 626 speedo, so I wouldn't be surprised if actual 323 or even Premacy tachometer works as well.

@@Mazda626GF i’ve tried one thing, and that is pushing a bit deeper. I know it isn’t right, but it works fine.
