Not just a satin pillowcase, but getting quality bedsheets in general. I have two sets of bamboo anti-microbial bed sheets that I switch between. Quality sheets and pillowcases are also great for preventing acne; you'd be shocked at the amount of sweat/debris that congregates on cotton bedsheets even if you wash sheets/pillows weekly.

Just a note, the tongue scraper is only to be used around once a week, maybe twice. If you use it more often, like every day, it can actually irritate your tongue to the point where the debris and bacteria actually get stuck easier in the tongue. / Dentist
