1. working out. have good body fat level and muscle mass. invest in workout equipments such as pull up bar. 2. skincare. invest in brands such as cerave, cetaphil, and the ordinary. have a skincare routine according to your own skin type 3. diet. invest in a slow cooker 4. learn to self cut your own hair. adjust to your own style and have a good research in what you like and not 5. grooming. white strips, sugar and olive oil exfoliation, and turmeric face mask 6. habits. sleep on your back to avoid wrinkles and reduce puffiness. use silk pillowcases. 7. fashion. dont sleep on thrift stores. look out on quality budget friendly fashion brands (uniqlo) 8. mindfulness and take care on your mental health. also dont neglect your sleep

Everything is good here except for sleeping on the back and using silk, sleep on your right side and alternate between your right and left as you sleep, there are many benefits of sleeping in your right sides but 2 of them are preventing sleep paralysis and puts less pressure on the organs, and silk just like gold has negative effects on your body

I started cutting my own hair since corona end of 2022 and now I even have about 20 friends coming to me in between their professional haircuts to fix them up. Best investment of my time and money so far. It’s not a necessary skill, but I would indeed suggest everybody with a beard to buy a grooming set, makes such a difference.

Now my friend that is just a generalization based on your opinion and don't me wrong i think the same way since you won't have to resort to these cheap methods if you have money in the first place but although everyone can be rich, not everyone is and is willing to work hard enough for that so basically this video is for those kind of people or for those who are working towards their goal but want to look better in the present and including all those information regarding how to make money would make this video quite long otherwise and last but not the least WE WILL MAKE IT MY FRIEND 🤝🫂

For your body there is no difference between exercising with weights or not. If you have dumbbells - feel free to use them. And if your primal goal is to build muscle, then focus on form, pushing to failure, control eccentric(part where you go against the force like going down on push up or pull up) and try to stretch muscle during each rep. And ofc progressive overload (could be as adding weight, reps or as improving ur form etc)

Meat is mainly source of protein. So just replace it with high-protein products like nuts or cheese. If you want gain weight - calorie surplus(not more than 500, cause you are going to get more fat than muscle) If you want to lose weight - calorie deficit(but dont starve yourself, 250-500 cals is probably enough)

DO NOT use the sugar/olive oil scrub. While it does leave your skin smooth, the process will dry out your skin over time. The best way to exfoliate is to use a retinol or some other chemical exfoliant. Solid exfoliants will destroy your skin in the long run

A personal recommendation for you, I see that you've kept your face anonymus from the channel. Because of that, you should just always continue staying like that, or you'll lose some ethos/credibility when showing a "face reveal" because people just never look the way the audience wants them to look. Great vids tho!:)
