Can I just tell you Tara iv been growing depression for 2 years now without even noticing that I was and in the past month I’ve noticed I have all the symptoms so I went for a test and I got diagnosed with depression AND anxiety 😥 I felt sad and tired and just bad in general and I thought that nothing was gonna help me but I remembered I had you Jake and Johnnie by my side and I watch your videos on a daily basis all of you and I’m starting to feel better but still not great because of family trauma that I have but you really have revived me I’m so great full for you I love u Jake and Johnnie sm you really have helped me and I wish you the best in life xx 💋 se e you next video love you 🥰
