I loved this! Just finished Determined in my last week of round 2 Firm 30 and added this one afterwards. It was a perfect reminder to keep up the DR maintenance. This was the perfect ending to my morning workout. Thanks for making these videos! I’m excited to try the rest after I finish this last week of Firm 30 before I do it again. I can’t get enough and I’m STILL challenged in the workouts.

This is the one I was the most excited for!!! After doing the PPP three times through, my DR is technically still like 2/2.5 fingers at my naval. I can't wait to do this in the morning ❤

@@glowbodypt I have 4. Ages 12, 10, 6.5, and 4. I work full time in a corporate consulting role and recently stood up my own executive coaching business. So working out always tends to be the last thing I prioritize and the first thing I skip. But I’ve recently found how important it is as a mom to focus on my health and wellness and trying to find easy ways to “move” each and every single day, even it’s just 5-10 mins at a time.

Thank you for sharing these workouts! I also so appreciate you sharing scripture in there. Often I don't listen to the speaking in workout videos but this time I was sure to listen, reflect and pray during. Such a refreshing change!

Just finished the first day of the challenge and I feel so good after a rut of not working out for a month or two (....or maybe three). Thank you also for being so open with us. It's easy to think that anyone who puts their life out there on the internet is perfect and we can never measure up. You are amazing and a REAL woman. Thank you for sharing that scripture! I really needed it too. Going to start working on memorizing it now! Have a blessed day, I'll have a sweaty one thanks to you :)

O was working out with you 5 years agos and i was pregnantwiht my second daugter it was awszme and i felt free in my body and amin corina i stipped working out with you so i losted my muscles but now that 8 min programm it will be my new start ❤ thanx

Awe I’m so excited to start a new program with you again! 🥲 It’s been a while. I was doing the 10 minute plan over and over and over last year and burned out before your new program. So I took a break and I’m getting back into working out again. Thanks for the motivation!!

Great video. I understand it’s not safe to do other exercises while healing the DR. How would someone keep their legs and arms toned during the healing process?

You're awesome! Should we be repeating these short workouts more than once, or does one time through still get results? Im trying to let go of the mindset that I need to do more!

This is a Diastasis Recti *maintenance* routine that's perfect for once or twice per week. That's all you need! The 8 Minute Week Challenge is perfect as-is, and when you need MORE challenge, you need to progress up to resistance training like we do in the 10 Minute Plan! Still ultra fast, targeted workouts in 10 minutes each, that add up to 30 minutes per day. They make you feel like a time genuis because you get the results of an hour long workout, but only had to train for half an hour.

Thank you! Ooh that’s a tough one. I had more than a few faves. Split leg complex comes to mind which I’ve far from mastered. Others… Prerequisite legs Round Glutes flat abs Mighty Diamond firm… Many. Best workout series I’ve ever done. And I loved all the family and marriage advice too. 😊
