By far, the funniest exercise I have ever done! It has been a long time since I have enjoyed my exercise {with giggles} this much, AND spent 70-80% of time within my max HR. Thank you SO much Ashley; you rock!

this was a BLAST! I absolutely loved it!!! I want to do this one every day! I have had SUCH trouble with consistency over the past few years, and still have not made my way past 2-3 weeks of the post pregnancy plan. For whatever reason, I just can not make it through. I absolutely love that these are only 8-10 minute videos. Can I do this 8 minute week plan, or should I try to power through the post pregnancy plan? (my youngest just turned 2)... also, if I happen to get pregnant while doing the post pregnancy plan, should I stop it and switch to the prenatal plan, or just finish the post pregnancy and then go over to the prenatal?

also, just so I'm sure you're clear... I only ever make it to weeks 2-3 of the post pregnancy plan and then stop for whatever reason, and eventually restart - I've tried a few times and just never finish the entire plan. I was checked by a PFT ~6-12 weeks postpartum with my last and she said I do not have a significant gap at all, barely one. I did struggle with some pelvic floor prolapse, but that has mainly gotten better. With all that, you are not saying I have to fully complete the post pregnancy plan, and can right now do the 8 minute week followed by the 10 min plan because it's better for my schedule? I just want to make sure I'm not misunderstanding anything :)

Do you recommend starting the firm 30 after this? I completed the 10 minute plan early May, then had a month off of consistent exercise due to some health stuff. Or should I just do the 10 minute plan again?

I wanted this fun oen to give women a sense of freedom to let loose, have FUN, and not judge themselves in how they "look" doing a certain move, or wonder if their body is moving "right." The goal was to exercise without it FEELING like exercise.

Not necessary to do anything prior to this routine unless you have unique issues (patella femoral syndrome, ITBS, or other knee or hip problems!).

Ok Ashley, I love you. I really do. You’ve got me through a high risk pregnancy, post pregnancy, and I’ve completely your 10 minute plan. I say this as constructive criticism. I’m sorry sis but you can’t just put music in the background and call it a “dance” workout; especially when the moves aren’t done on beat 😬. I usually do your workouts with headphones on playing my own workout playlist so I was curious to what this workout would look like. I’m sorry sis but this isn’t your lane. All the other 8 minute workouts are awesome though.

agree to disagree :) I followed the moves, but changed my tempo or rhythm (especially drum section) to be on beat. this was a fun cardio that can be adjusted to be as on beat as you want it to be ;)
