How is it supposed to be "No Stress" when it's SOOO TINY for something so expensive? 😩 I mean you're supposed to apply/reapply a lot throughout the day. I hope more Korean brands can come up with bigger sunscreen!! 💞

Yes but maybe because they have taken great care to make it as user friendly as possible. I have tried alot of cheap sunscreens and they always end up giving one or the other problem.

Not only Korean brands.. every brands period. Face sunscreens are always like 40-50ml. I haven’t seen a 30ml spf but I am pretty sure there are 😂

I have tried this! It doesn't get sticky or greasy on my oily skin, even later in the day, it's not mattifying, though... skin looks luminous. But it does cling on my wrinkles, and eyelid folds! So it would likely not work for dry skin types. Yes, there's a whitecast, not as terrible as you would expect from a mineral sunscreen. And the scent is kind of earthy, hard to describe... really prominent at first, but after a few days of using it, I stopped noticing it.

My skin is oily and the old formula was too drying , even peeling. Hope they made it better this time

This was my favorite sunscreen ever until the reformulated it😭 do you have any dupes thats similar to the old formulation? Like mineral, no fragrance/essential oils, minimal white cast, satin finish?

The Benton mineral sun cream has the description you made but it does contain witch hazel and rosemary leaf oil, most reviews say it doesn’t leave a terrible white cast and that it’s moisturizing. Also the Summer Fridays ShadeDrops have all the characteristics you mentioned but it’s spf 30. Hope this helps

I have the old formulation one and it's HIDEOUS! It's so thick and hard to spread, whitecast is very present (and I'm pale af) and the smell is a bit overpowering (they've added cedarwood oil in it). Currelty applying on my arms and back of my neck. Willing to try this reformulated version. It'll have to wait though, cause I'm traumatized.

As an East Asian myself the white cast annoys me too bcs my face is white and pinkish after applying while the rest of my body is yellow 😭😭

At this point, the only mineral sunscreen that truly works for me is the BEA Skincare Solar Defence. 😭so many have failed me. I definitely moved toward chemical SPFs.

It does not protect against visible light/blue light though right? I noticed since the ingredients doesn’t list iron oxide. I am brown skinned and already got hyperpigmentation to deal with.

@@shailyrohini3802 I don’t think it does. ☹️ that was my only drawback as well. I pair it with an antioxidant and lightening agent to help protect/treat my hyperpigmentation in the AM. So far, so good!!

Omg, i had high hopes for this sunscreen. Really hated the old formulation. That i had asked for a refund. It was sticky, alot of white cast. And the smell of it was disturbing. Iam skeptical to try the new one. But i will maybe try it. I still have to finished my old tube.I used this one only for my body. Or if i have to exercise. For me, i was suprised it is sweat resistant tho.

Also, the added bark plant extracts for the smell, which plant extracts can have a similar sensitizing effect on sensitive skin like essensial oils.

They're actual essential oils. I just checked the INCI - Juniperus Virginiana Oil, Cedrus Atlantica Bark Oil, Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil, Pogostemon Cablin Oil,. Not sure why he said it's essential oil free

I have bought it 2 weeks ago and I’ve tried it and It gave me the worst white cast, and I've heard it did the same for fair skin tones. I used to use hybrid sunscreens with zinc oxide, and it wasn't as bad on my medium skin tone.

I have tried the reformulated one and I don't like the smell at all. The old one had no smell but the new one smells bad that I can't use it on my face, I just use it on my hands. Plus point for finish though, i have very oily skin & it has a matte to natural finish after a whole day.

especially the soft finish one, it’s amazing for oily skin i’ve heard but really drying if you don’t have oily skin. It’s also a physical sunscreen and apparently no white cast

I love the old formula, the ones in the tubes. My favorite was the essence spf45 (pink one). It has a strong scent though, but i find it very moisturizing for my dry skin!

Love your videos and in depth help with the plethora of sunscreen options out there. I too love the Korean skincare and Japanese sunscreens as I feel the quality is superior. I have a question about a now discontinued sunscreen which I need your guidance on which is Kao NIVEA SUN Creme Care UV Cream Sunscreen SPF50+ PA++++. I absolutely loved this sunscreen. The formula worked wonderfully for me, no stinging of the eyes , no irritation on the skin and absolutely no pilling under makeup and I used it every single day. However due to it being discontinued I am now starting again on my search for something as equal and good and after 12 months I have still had no luck. Can you please help!

Main question!! DOES IT BURN/ITCH IN THE EYES??!! 😩😩 Every sunscreen I've ever tried except The Isntree Watery Sungel, all of them caused my eyes to burn and water. Even the Clinique one. 😭😭 Please somebody who's used this let me know if this burns the eyes or not?!🙏🏻🙏🏻

For me it doesn't burn the eyes ...I have had that issue with other sunscreens. Skin Aqua physical sunscreen also doesn't cause eye stinging from my experience.
