It is so amazing and almost meditative to see the glow in the dark mushrooms emerge from a blank canvas! Thank you for not following the reference image! Your rendition is so beautiful!

I love this painting. I have recently bought a ukulele. Very cheap, yet very enjoyable to play (says the total newbie to the world of music), but it looks so boooooring. So I decided to paint it. Not sure if glowing mushrooms go with a ukulele, but why not? :-) If I get bored by a ukulele with glowing shrooms, I just buy another cheap uke and paint something different on it :-)

She is using open acrylics and she added medium. I’m not sure if it’s slow drying medium but open paints alone extend the drying time.
