When drilling the holes in the pillar to attach the new pillar be careful not to get too close or drill through one of the pillar structure that connects to the truck. Near the top there is two raised lines of plastic that were contacting metal when attached. I don’t like the plastic push connectors because they are very difficult to remove if you need to. Screws would be better.

please be more specific on where to drill for the egt probe. i just picked a flat spot and drilled it and hit the divider of the two airways. now i have to weld it shut and re drill

If you have a 94-97 Cummins, you should drill the same spot that we drilled in the video.

I've done a few. If you don't run into any issues 2 hours would be a good estimate taking your time

Done a few in a few different cars and trucks over the years. Average is 2 to 4 hours. If your making a custom pod or location add another hour or so. Wire tuck maybe 30min

When purchasing the 3 gauge pillar package I’m doing egt boost and trans temp it’s asking me what extras to add fuse circuits tap set etc. can you tell me what all I’d need out of the extras? I don’t want to buy more than I need

So can you do boost, fuel, and transmission or do you have to do have exhaust temp?

Both of our prepacked kits come with the EGT gauge. If you don't want that gauge, you would need to piece together the individual gauges and not use the kit.

Okay would this work for a dodge 1998 12 valve I’m very lost because 1998 says 24v and this only says only to 1997

@@davidtovar3699 cuando se le hacen modificaciones a los motores para tener mas fuerza haciendo que injecte mas diesel la bomba. Provocas que la camara de combustion se caliente mas de lo normal. Usas la temperatura del escape para monitorear y evitar que derritas los pistones del motor cummins ya que son hechos de aluminio

Where do you get those connectors for the Fuse panel? I'm about to do a set on my 95 dodge cummins 12 valve, and I don't have the connectors that the fuses plug into to go into fuse panel.
