That being said, I think they wanted to play it safe and not get on anyone's poop list. Cliff calls Frank a 'mole', as it can also be someone who gains the enemy's trust and, when they least expect it, the 'mole' (or the 'espionage') can transmit the info to their side and use it against the enemy. Also, the term 'guerilla' can be used to describe a small military/police group that engages in stuff like sabotage, propaganda, and terrorism. So Cliff still has some experience and PTSD from 'nam, and when the zombies came and unalived his granddaughter, his psyche was warped into believing that he was back in the war. IDK about Larry, though.

It’s likely because he has an actual name. Nick Ramos is a fake name but, it could be a theory someone made. Edit: I just noticed on the side of his last name is female. I’m guessing this was a retcon of the character Nick Ramos.

I will say, I love the graphical update and some of the voice actors for the remaster. What I am hoping they did was relicense songs like Gone Guru, Fly Routine and Misery. Those songs made the psycho fights kinetic.

Don't know about you, but I really missed the OG butcher. It was terrifying. This one? It's like when you say "Eh, that guy's weird" because he is really weird behaved. I personally believed Jessie and Isabela's character models never reached their full potential due to the limited graphics of 2006. Practically 20 years later they have achieved peak beauty and that is one of the few things the remake did right. (Not really a mystery as to why the erotica was removed)
