u forgot to mention that you have to pay for the SSL upgrade, something UA hasn't done yet with their native rollout. I'm assuming they're indicating that they want to start charging for updates like Waves.

Like the SSL mixer shown in the video, can you add the SSL Bus compressor (and a master limiter) to the master/main bus in UA console? I hope this could be a feature added to the Apollos since Sonarworks will be available soon.

This compressor on the master track is the boss. I keep coming back to it, everything feels like jumping from the speakers after engaged. Glad it's native now, quite annoyed to have to pay for this being a long time UAD customer. Even more annoyed to be charged for the amp sim plugins owning the pedals.

Quick open question...i was wondering if I should get VCA comp like this glue comp if i have digital comp like sonible smart comp2...from my opinion i think VCA imparts very little character and seem very transparent?? So i just use digital comp instead...whats ur opinion on this?

Wait... so they gave us native versions of all the other DSP plugins (well, as many as theyve done so far) but with this one they are asking us to pay for the native version? I have this plugin on Console already. Its the exact same plugin. Oh but muh sidechain. Yep and that doesnt get added to the DSP version lol 10 dollars plz. Are they not giving this one to DSP plugin owners, even though they did with like 30 other plugins already? I can hear Drews snarky retort already.
