I replaced a few nuts on my guitars. I used watered down Elmer's glue on them. I have some hide glue I used to glue the pad on to my old Shubb capo. Is "hide glue" good for using on nuts? Thanks Randy for all the videos!

yep it is good for gluing on nuts, better than Elmers actually, it really doesn't take much to hold the nut in place. thanks for viewing and commenting!

Randy, the very worst one I ever had was a nut replacement that someone glued in a Strat nut by filling the nut slot wit ca glue. It broke out then I had to glue it back together and saw/file it out to replace the nut. What a pain, never use too much glue people!
