Hello Hello Everyone!
Today I have a delicious gluten free blondies recipe that is easy and quick. Feel freee to make this recipe and add your own twist to it. I hope you all give it a try and enjoy and let me know how you like it.

RECIPE & INGREDIENTS:

2 cup gluten free flour
4 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
1cup brown sugar
2 room temperature eggs
1 stick softened butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Xanthum gum
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup of pecans (optional, add whatever you like)
STEPS:

Preheat oven to 350
Melt 1 full stick of butter and let somewhat cool
Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and xanthum if your flour doesn't already have it.. if it do, do not add it.
whisk together and set aside.
In a large bowl mix together BOTH sugars and melted butter.
Then add in eggs and mix
Add in milk and vanilla extract and mix.
Combine dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and give a good mix with a spatula.
Add in whatever mix in youd like and give one last stir.
Tin foil a baking pan and stir with nonstick spray.
Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown and passed the toothpick test
Cut and ENJOY!
