Discover how to make GLUTEN-FREE BREAD LOAFS that have nothing to envy to a loaf of white wheat bread. With a crunchy crust, a tender crumb and the taste of real bread, bread. They are also egg-free, lactose-free and free of commercial mixes.
👉NEEDS (For 6 Sticks)
25 g chickpea flour
75 g sorghum flour
250 g corn starch
50 g potato or tapioca starch
12 g sugar
8 g salt
12 g xanthan gum
4 g dry yeast
40 g oil
300 g water
👉POSSIBLE SUBSTITUTIONS:
✔️La sorghum flour, for any gluten-free cereal or pseudocereal flour: gluten-free oats, rice, teff.... If you substitute buckwheat or chickpea flour, reduce the amount of water by 20 gr.
