I'm a celiac and I am always looking for good recipes. Chicken Parmesan was always a favorite of mine and this recipe is AMAZING !! I have made It several times now and it is simple and always delicious. I never seem to have provolone cheese so I just use parmesan and mozzarella. Thanks so much for providing these recipes.
