Thanks for this gf bun recipe. The buns look tasty. I miss the feel of working with 'real' bread dough since learning i'm celiac. No kneading required and doughs are always a bit limp. If your husband couldn't tell the difference that's a huge compliment to your recipe.

Hi Titli, I tried these this morning. However my mix was really sloppy and ran everywhere. Next time will add my water gradually. I did rescue the mix by scraping it into a bread tin and now have a lovely tea bread. It does still taste good .

Ken Mattsson It's a piping or icing syringe and it comes with a variety of nozzles.
