Gluten-free, no flour! Energy dessert you'll eat guilt-free
Ingredients for 14 cakes:
100g Coconut sugar OR palm sugar
40 ml water
50g Shredded coconut (If using fresh coconut, 100g does not need to add hot water.)
50ml hot water
400g Grated cassava
1/4 tsp salt
14 pieces banana leaf or aluminium foil, cut into 20 x 15 cm
Steam for 20 minutes
Scald the banana leaves with boiling water for 30 seconds to soften. Drain and wipe dry with paper towels.
