Steam Rice Cakes recipe:
Ingredients for about 100 pieces
Mung bean paste:
100g Split mung bean
1/4 tsp Salt
400 ml Water
1/2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Coconut milk
Coconut milk:
200 ml coconut milk
50 ml Water
1/3 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
Mixture:
1.5 tsp Rice flour
1.5 Tbsp Water
20g Green onions(chopped)
Dough:
Pale yellow mix:
95g Rice flour
15g Tapioca starch
120 ml Water
60g Palm sugar(chopped)
100 ml Water
Pink mix:
95g Rice flour
15g Tapioca starch
100 ml Water
20ml Beetroot juice
60g Sugar
100 ml Water
Purple mix:
95g Rice flour
15g Tapioca starch
90 ml Water
30 ml Magenta leaves juice OR 1tsp
60g Sugar
100 ml Water

120 ml Pandan juice( 30g pandan leaves + 120ml water)
60g Sugar
100 ml Water
Mold size:
Non-stick with coconut oil OR oil
Steam over high heat for 6 minutes.
