150g Pork

150g thinly sliced Shallot
300 ml Vegetable oil
1/4 cup green onion
FISH SAUCE:
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Fish sauce
1 cup Water
Lemon
WHITE DOUGH:
200g Tapioca starch
100g Wheat starch OR Potato starch
1/4 tsp Salt
300 ml Water
BLUE DOUGH:
10 Dried butterfly pea
150 ml Hot water
100g Tapioca starch
50g Wheat starch OR Potato starch
1/8 tsp Salt
