I have a bunch of lemons about to go off in my fridge, i think im going to try this recipe out with lemon filling vs cinnamon 🥰 the pastry instructions were the easiest to comprehend on the WHOLE internet ( ive been searchinf for days ) excited to see how they turn out ! I was silly and didn't believe it would rise enough with the discard and added instant yeast , then proceeded to do the full proofing time 😂 it looked like a bubbly witches cauldron by the time I took it from the proofing oven. Was very scary looking but I just transferred it to a larger baking dish and managed to save it. LESSON LEARNED😂

If I do not have a cast iron pan, could I bake these in a normal pan?

Sure! Just do a toothpick test to see that they are done. They might take slightly longer because cast iron holds more heat.

My cinnamon rolls are resting in cast iron but they are half dipped in sugar water 🥺🥺 i don't know if they will be bake ok or not but any idea why it happened ? I put my cast iron in big plastic bag 😞 maybe that's why

In a bag while resting or at what stage? That might be limiting the air flow some. If it seems overwhelming, you could always drain some out before baking.😊
