Cinnamon in the almond milk is a great idea! I use the almond pulp to make gluten free meatballs (just use the pulp instead of breadcrumbs).

You can bake the pulp at a low temp and make almond flour for anything.

awesome! usually use gluten free oats, maple syrup, honey, protein, some nut butter, chocolate chips, flax and mix!

Goulash is a fave in my house. I use a can of tomato soup instead of pasta sauce, after the macaroni is cooked. So good!

Do you still like vita cost? How would you compare it to thrive? I just don’t feel like the cost is worth it. When I tried shopping there I felt like there weren’t very many options.

Hi Kendra. Hope all is well. Found your channel due to low FODMAP days of eating. Have you now reintroduced the higher FODMAP foods with no issues with the gut/bloat?

@@kendraatkins thank you for the response. I appreciate it. Are you eating specific foods in the higher FODMAP range or are you really eating anything you enjoy? Just curious because I am dealing with gut issues and am working with a holistic nutritionist. But always researching and learning about others' experiences, although I know everyone is different. Or do you plan on making a video about your gut and food reintroduction story? If so, I can wait :) I hope you and your family have a wonderful new year.

I love your vlog, also I love how simple you did everything, if you told me that this was everything I had to do today, I could never imagine how to start it thanks you made it look easy. Maybe one day I will make almond milk homemade, what do you do with the left over almond mush.?

The fab 4 smoothie is a GAME CHANGER for leaving you feeling so full! It’s any combination of greens, protein, fat, and fiber. So I do spinach, protein powder, peanut butter, and flax seed. So good and so filling!

I would look up calming and focus oils, lavender, peace and calming, geneyus, common sense and roman chamomile are a few that come to mind!

Wow how easy to make almond milk! I had no idea, I imagined it was something complicated. Like involving extraction or something 😂. Just goes to show how healthy this is!!

It’s a plant based protein, very good for you for many reasons, protects your brain, inflammation etc

helps detox heavy metals, boosts immune system, has a lot of protein, reduces bad cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, boosts energy

@@kendraatkins I take the tablet form, does the powder have a funny taste or does whatever else you put in the smoothie take the taste away because I think the tablets do, earthy weird.. 🤣

I also suggest removing the almond skins after soaking. It makes the almond milk creamier and easier on the gut. The skins easily slide off after soaking.

Almond milk is totally fine with me now, a lot of people said it’s because you aren’t eating the outside which can be harder to digest. And the fact that they are soaked ahead of time. But I don’t really eat raw almonds much anymore still.
