Yeah, I agree!! Both my parents have been critically ill for 8yrs. My mother passed. But, i began to suffer from adrenal fatigue due to being in fight or flight 247 to keep them alive. Now, I am trying to move on from this moment and do what you are saying.

Celary juice in morning 15 minutes before eating helps my bloating. I also eat digestive enzymes with food. Getting cortisol out of my system helps by meditation, center and breath. Plant based foods and cheese is a must for me. Along with drinking water.

I’m glad you’re feeling better! I make it a point to rest a bit during nap time because I’m go go all day as well and then I’m always feeling rundown so I have learned to listen to my body. I’m very impressed you could follow through with that eating plan. I’m hoping I can do something like that as well

Have you tried the low Fodmap diet? It is amazing how every body is different with responding to food.

yes! But realized that was more like band aid to my problems, doing this whole process has allowed me to eat all those foods again!

Do you ever consume alcohol?going to a process of losing weight ( intermittent fasting and clean eating ,two meals )and since I cut down the wine almost completely ,the results are so much better. Love you guys ,kisses from Canada !!!xo

I do every now and then but not a ton, like maybe a glass of wine every now and then. And then if we go out with friends I'll have 2 drinks
