Thank you so much for this video! I have sharp shooting pain on my outer thigh and lower back pain and I was desperate for pain relief. All the other youtube pts show exercises for hip strengthening or sciatica, when in fact, I really need is to release this tightness and tension on the glutes. I will be watching your other videos for sure. Great if you could videos on periformis syndrome, how to release tension and strengthening the area. Thanks again!

@@JawadF-c8i do the low hip side first. So if you have a higher hip on the right side, start with this on the left, then the right.
