Hi Annie, love your videos, I suffer from chronic lower back pain and stiffness, my left glute is smaller and weaker than my right due to a sciatica problem many years ago, seemingly the muscle was strangled if that makes sense, is this the exercise I finally need as everything I have tried has failed, many thanks. I have this exact pain you speak of in my left hip and it started a few months back. I play soccer twice a week and this pain prohibits me from running full speed. The chiropractor and massage therapist have yet to help so I’m excited to try this daily to see if it helps. After trying the exercise once, I definitely don’t have a lot of mobility but I’m hoping that changes. Thank you for the great content and explanation of everything👍🏼
