糍粑是中国的一种民间传统美食,主要原料是糯米。各个地区的做法各不相同,有蒸熟的,有油炸的或烤熟的。搭配的佐料粉也不尽相同, 有红糖汁、黄豆粉或磨碎的芝麻。有的地区在腊月新年之前做,有的地区在端午节或中秋节节时来做以示庆祝。
Glutinous Rice Cake (ciba in pinyin) is a traditional Chinese food, mainly made with glutinous rice. There are slightly different methods of making ciba in different areas, steamed, deep-fried or roasted. There are also different toppings, it could be brown sugar syrup, soybean powder or roasted sesame. Usually people makes ciba before festival celebrations, in some areas before the Lunary New Year; in others, people makes it before Dragon Boat Festival or Mid-Autome Festival ( Moon festival).
所用材料 Ingredients:
糯米一杯 1 cup glutinous rice
普通米 半杯 ½ cup regular rice
白糖 1大勺 1 tbsp sugar
红糖 ⅓ 杯 ⅓ cup brown sugar
白芝麻适量 sesame as you like
