That was a very interesting scene because he was talking to John and John wasn't having any of it. You can tell he didn't want to badmouth Klein, and that was probably because John was kind of Klein's champion within the group. Paul didn't trust him at all. I watched the whole thing now. What did Glyn Johns say about Klein ... it's Klein, not Kline. I am not up on all of this, but I think John was none too bright on business matters, and I think McCartney refused to go along with Klein as their manager - which is what I imagined pushed them finally apart. Funny how they want to blame George for the break up - when he leaves, but George had been reportedly really angry and broken up by the end of the group and had to process that for years. I don't trust much of what come out in the media, because it's all be BS for so long -they were reading it in parts of the movie.

I totally agree with Glyn Johns....the combination of the sound in their voices was the key to their success. Their voices were completely different but the blend was remarkable and made an unbelievable sound! And as far as the disagreements, it happens every day everywhere. So why should the The Beatles have been so different from anyone? They were also in an industry where their creativity, talent and individualism were so critically important to the success of the band. Without a doubt, there were going to be differences among them. They were also growing up and maturing personally and artistically and doing it in a glaring spotlight for all to see.

It was more than that even though the voices were phenomenal & special. The intelligence, those lyrics, 4 guys driving each other, the experimentation, it made them a genius band with a catalogue that won’t be topped.

@@slammajamma5435 I absolutely agree with you. They were the 'TOTAL' package! But I think what Glyn Johns was saying and what I believe is that their sound was 'The Key' to people paying attention to them. I know it got my attention and I was only 6 yrs. old. Not much keeps the attention of someone that age. But I heard them for the first time in '64 on a radio I received as a Christmas present in '63. It was right before the Ed Sullivan appearance and I just remember loving the sound of their voices. And of course after seeing them on TV, it only fueled the fire. And so it began, a love affair with The Beatles that was long and everlasting!
