I just bought this amp last week to run 2 10' inch alpine e series subs 50-250 Rms each. It works great you just got to make sure you have it wired right i never realized i couldn't bridge them and the amp was heating up ended up finding my mistake running at the wrong impedance 2 4ohm subs need to run @ 2 ohms fixed it by plugging left in into left speaker and right into right instead of bridged and it doesn't heat up anymore and bumps good for 95watt x 2 @2ohms and for $130 shipped to my door u cant beat easy hook up as well.

I have already got a factory dynaudio system installed with amplifier. I want to install this amplifier also to support power to my subwoofer. Will i need to use the speaker input and connect it to my RNS-310 head unit? or do i connect the RCA cables to a LOC such as LC2i and connect it to my head unit?

Please contact dynadio for support with that product. The Pioneer GM-A3702 can use RCA input directly from an in-dash receiver, or it can also use speaker level input. No LOC is needed. Thanks for answering all these questions. I have few questions. What would this amp do for my newly purchased Pioneer 6x9’s? I installed them today with a Pioneer Radio deh- s31bt. They sound pretty good now. Will the amp make them sound richer? Louder? More bass? Also what would me adding some tweeters in the mix do for the sound? Do I need them? I’m new to all of this. Amplifiers make life better, and if you add an amplifier to operate the 6X9's in your vehicle, you'll get cleaner, more detailed, and more powerful sound from the 6X9's. The Pioneer GM-A3702 is a small amplifier, but even this small amp is great for running a pair of 6X9 speakers and, will deliver a much better experience than the amplifier built into the in-dash receiver. If you choose to install an amplifier, I recommend to use an amplifier install kit to set things up. The kit will include all of the necessary parts to make the amp work. Many are available, here is one possibility: metraonline.com/part/AK8 When you install an amplifier, you must run the power wire directly to the vehicle's battery. I strongly recommend to put a fuse within 12 inches of the vehicle's battery. Will the amp deliver more bass through the 6X9's? Almost certainly yes. Quite a bit more, however, after adding an amplifier, the limitation to the bass will become the 6X9 speakers. If you want to add more bass to your system, please consider a self powered subwoofer. A self-powered subwoofer, has it's own amplifier built into the subwoofer. It's easy to install, and they sound great. Many different options are available for different installation locations. I don't really have enough information about your system to give too much advice. Pioneer offers many speaker options with separate midrange and tweeter combinations. This give you the option to put the midrange speaker and the tweeter in two different locations for better sound in your vehicle. I recommend Pioneer GM-A4704 to run a pair of speakers and a subwoofer. You can connect a right and left pair of speakers to the "A" channel and the subwoofer to the "B" channel. It's a very reliable and affordable amplifier. The Pioneer AVH-265BT is very similar to the Pioneer AVH-290BT. What does the system control do? Does it connect to a meter device allowing you to set the bass?

System Control connects to the Blue wire with white stripe on the back of your Pioneer in dash receiver. System control switches the amplifier on and off when the in dash receiver switches on and off. Make sure your amplifier is off when you turn off your vehicle. When using the Pioneer GM-A3702 or GM-A5702 and speaker level inputs, the amplifier will automatically switch on when the in-dash receiver is on and the volume is up at least to a small amount of output. The amplifier will switch off when the in-dash receiver is off. The amplifier is designed to work without the use of the system control lead when using speaker level inputs. If you are using multiple amplifiers, or for some other reason this does not work, use the System control lead from the in-dash receiver. This is the Blue/White wire. Please be more specific with your question. The Pioneer GM-A3702 is a small entry level amplifier with 4 ohm output power of ~50 watts per channel. This amplifier will certainly work with the 1,400 watt subwoofer, though you may not be getting the best performance from a subwoofer with high power handling like 1,400 watts. Yes, you can however, it depends upon the impedance of the subwoofers. The Pioneer GM-A3702 is designed to operate between 2 and 8 ohms impedance load. If you go below 2 ohms, the amp will heat up and shut down. If you have 4 ohm subwoofers, attaching one to the left and one to the right will work great. Please note: If you operate the Pioneer GM-A3702 in Bridged Mode, the impedance shown to the amplifier is 1/2 of the wired circuit's impedance. For example, if you wire a single 4 ohm woofer in bridge mode, the amplifier is seeing a 2 ohm load. For Pioneer GM-A3702 power and ground wire I recommend using an 8 or 10 gauge amplifier install kit. Use 8 if your run from the vehicle battery to the amplifier install location is longer than 15 feet. Many are available. The Pioneer GM-A3702 amplifier is stable at 2 ohms in stereo mode. The Pioneer GM-A3702 is stable at 4 ohms in bridge mode. If you want to wire 2 speakers that are each 4 ohm rated I recommend to use stereo mode. This will deliver 60 watts RMS X 2 at 4 ohms. Or you can wire one of the 4 ohm speakers in bridge mode. This will deliver 190 watts RMS to one 4 ohm speaker in bridge mode. If you want to wire 2 speakers that are each 4 ohm rated in bridge mode, be sure to with the speakers together in a SERIES before connecting to the amplifier. This will show the amplifier an 8 ohm load and it will operate in bride mode just fine. This will deliver approximately 75 watts to each speaker in the series at 8 ohms. You can't wire the 2 speakers each with a 4 ohm rating in PARALLEL and bridge the Pioneer GM-A3702. This will show the amplifier a 2 ohm load while bridged. This will cause the amplifier to overheat and shut down to protect itself. If you are looking for a more powerful amplifier, or an amplifier that can operate a 1 ohm please consider the Pioneer GM-D8701 mono amp seen here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y4bUY2h9pNRjqbc The Pioneer GM-D8701 will deliver 800 watts RMS to one channel at 1 ohm.
