Not really possible, Portal relies heavily on physics shenanigans to pull out the appropriate experience (for example, in-portal physics). With current GMod API it's simply not possible.

I know this is real, because GMod has crap Portal Addons that don't work, the Portal Gun mod works, but not well. And to get the props to work is a nightmare
