A 4090, and yeah a 4060 TI will definitely handle this. The Alt+X menu has DLSS options from ultra performance to quality, so you'll be able to adjust if you need, but you'd be able to play on quality.

I was able to use MWB with it just fine. But the lighting isn't quite right on them. You could probably tweak the settings of RTX Remix around to fix that.

This is garrysmod with rtx remix, it uses a much better render engine than source 2.
