I can't wait to see Chris Harris drive this car because he would love it. He wasn't crazy for either the Valkyrie road-car OR the Mercedes AMG One. He made an opinion piece in the April edition of Top Gear magazine where he said he wasn't fond of either one. There's very little driver engagement in either one. They're compromised on both the road because they're trying to be pseudo track cars, but they're compromised on the track because they're complicated with things active aero, hybrid power, and hydraulic suspension. Above all, he writes that neither car "gives a fig for how the driver feels". The simplicity and pure focus of the GMA T.50 like the manual gearbox, lightness, and so-forth is right up Chris' alley. I think he'd love it!

I prefer the T.33 myself. It does without the giant rear downforce fan and looks much cleaner for it. It’s 4.0lt N/A V12 still revs to 11,100rpm and makes 607bhp, only a tad less torque than the T.50, but is only 122kg heavier (still less than a Mini). The T.33 comes in Spider form also and has the same tiny footprint (wheelbase/track wise) as a Porsche Boxster. Edit : I love the blue.

Part of the reason for those high square hoodlines is that it was thought better to knock the pedestrian down than smash their knees with the bumper and have them fall onto the car and bash the head on the windshield or the hood with the very hard engine just underneath it. Get rid of the fan looks ridiculous and serves little purpose. You're not in F1 the engine has plenty of power to propel the car forward you don't need a fan.
